Do you need access to water?
No. Our setup is fully self-sufficient and requires no water hookup whatsoever.
What are your power requirements?
We require one to two standard electrical outlets depending on the package — one machine needs one outlet, two machines need two. That said, we also have alternative power sources we can supply if your venue has limited access to power, so don't let that stop you from reaching out.
How early do you arrive to set up?
We arrive 90 minutes before service begins — approximately 30 minutes to offload and 60 minutes to set up and dial in the machines. By the time your guests arrive, everything is ready and the first shot is pulling perfectly.
How much space does the cart take up?
Our cart is 24" deep by 62" wide and travels as a single unit. We typically work within a 7 by 6 foot footprint to give our baristas comfortable room to operate, but we're highly adaptable and happy to work with your venue's layout. If you're unsure whether your space works, just send us the details and we'll figure it out together.
