Prebatch Service
For activations where the line can't slow down. Pre-batched espresso keeps quality consistent and your brand moving at full speed.
Drink Printing
Your logo, on every single drink, right in the foam. It's the highest-engagement add-on we offer, and it turns every cup into a content moment your guests will screenshot.
Custom Labels
A more cost-effective branded cup option with shorter lead times than fully printed cups. Great for activations booked on shorter notice.

Power Made Simple
We require one to two standard electrical outlets depending on your setup. If your activation site has limited power access, we also have alternative power sources we can supply. Just let us know when you reach out.
Space & Cart Dimensions
Our custom-built cart is 24" deep by 62" wide and travels as a single unit. We typically work within a 7 by 6 foot footprint and are highly adaptable to any activation environment, from street-level pop-ups to controlled indoor brand events.
No Water Required
Our setup is completely self-sufficient. No water hookup, no plumbing, no coordination with your venue team. We bring everything we need to run a full café-quality service from the moment we arrive.
Setup & Breakdown, Handled
We arrive 90 minutes before your activation begins, set up completely, and leave no trace when we're done. Everything is managed by our team so your crew can focus on the activation, not the logistics.

How do you handle high-volume crowds?
Our standard dual-machine setup serves approximately 70 drinks per hour, which covers most activations comfortably. For events expecting significantly higher volume or defined peak demand windows, we have a few options depending on your setup and goals. We can deploy additional carts to create multiple service points, offer prebatch service for high-speed espresso output during peak windows, or incorporate bottled drink options to supplement live service. We'll assess your expected guest count and traffic flow during the planning process and recommend the right approach for your activation.
What are the lead times for custom branding (cart wraps, printed cups, etc.)?
We recommend reaching out at least four to six weeks in advance, especially for activations requiring custom printed cups, cart wraps, or signature drink creation, all of which have production lead times. For simpler activations we can often move faster — reach out and we'll confirm what's possible.
Can you match our brand guidelines?
Absolutely. From the cart wrap to the cup labels and drink menu, every visual element of your activation can be aligned to your brand colours, fonts, and artwork. Share your brand guidelines when you reach out and we'll build the experience around them.
Do you carry liability insurance?
Yes. NOMADIKA carries full commercial general liability insurance. Certificate of insurance available on request for venues or brand partners that require it.
