What a NOMADIKA Brand Activation Looks Like in Practice
When MINI brought NOMADIKA in for a multi-day test drive activation at Sherway Gardens, the brief was straightforward: a premium hospitality experience that matched the energy of the brand and kept guests engaged between drives.
We built a full activation around the MINI experience. Guests were welcomed with specialty espresso and a signature MINI espresso martini made with Sobrii, served alongside freshly baked goods from Bunner's Bakeshop. Custom printed cups and branded napkins carried the MINI identity across every touchpoint, and we supplemented the service with water and additional beverages to keep guests comfortable throughout each day.
Our baristas arrived 90 minutes before the activation opened each day, set up completely without any coordination required from the MINI or 7Communications team, and ran a consistent, polished service across all four days. Every detail was confirmed and locked before day one so nothing was left to chance on the floor.

Power Made Simple
Our cart is designed to run on standard 110 or 120V power, requiring two outlets per cart. We also carry an onsite battery backup system to handle short-term power interruptions, so your service keeps running without missing a beat.

Our custom-built cart is 24" deep by 62" wide and travels as a single unit. We typically work within a 7 by 6 foot footprint and are highly adaptable to any activation environment, from street-level pop-ups to controlled indoor brand events.

How does a recurring workplace program work?
We work with you to build a schedule that fits your team's rhythm, whether that's weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Once the program is set up, we show up, set up, serve, and break down without any coordination required on your end. Same great experience every visit.
Is there a minimum commitment?
We're flexible. Some clients run recurring weekly programs, others book us for monthly team days or special occasions. Reach out and tell us what you're looking for and we'll put together a program that works for your team and your budget.
Can the menu be customized for our team?
Yes. Our full Classic menu is available at every visit, including specialty espresso by Pilot Coffee Roasters and tea service by Pluck Tea. Add-ons like Ceremonial Grade Matcha, Affogato Service, and Custom Cup Labels can be incorporated into your program on a rotating or permanent basis.
How much space do you need in our office?
Our cart is 24" deep by 62" wide and operates within a 7 by 6 foot footprint. We work well in lobbies, common areas, kitchens, and open plan spaces. If you're not sure whether your space works, send us the details and we'll figure it out together.
